Welcome to Bridges Lactation! I’m glad you’re here. I’m Abbie, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), and mom of two. Feeding your baby can sometimes feel overwhelming, and my goal is to support you to feed your baby in a way that is rewarding, joyful, and sustainable for you and your family.

Parents deserve access to evidence-based infant feeding education that is not accompanied by shame or blame.
Breastfeeding is a reciprocal relationship that should be mutually beneficial to both you and your baby.
