Resources
As a Lactation Consultant, I help with breastfeeding not just by offering support with latching and increasing supply, but also by addressing systemic and social barriers to breastfeeding like lack of workplace support, financial challenges, and limited access to care. I am always looking for opportunities to connect parents to resources that will help them to meet their breastfeeding goals. I have compiled a list of community resources, including other providers that I know and trust, and other sources of free breastfeeding support and education. If you have any suggestions of what can be added to this list, please email admin@bridgeslactation.com.
